We create a yacht-specific tailor-made SMS for the yacht, which is compliant with all applicable rules and regulations as issued by the regulatory bodies.  The SMS is regularly reviewed and improved according to the requirements of the ISM Code.

Yacht and Crew Certification and Compliance
We regularly review Yacht and Crew Certification and monitor expiry dates using the Watermark Online custom management software.

Crew Safety Training
We review and monitor all Crew Training requirements and organise / provide safety training on board in accordance with the yacht’s requirements.

We provide the crew with adequate training and preparation to ensure that they are confident and prepared when undergoing Flag State and Port State Inspections.

External Audits and Inspections
We provide a dedicated point of contact to the Captain, and assist him /her and the crew during External Audits and Inspections

Fleet Notices
We issue Guidance and Explanatory Notices to the yacht regarding compliance with any new regulations entering into force.

24/7 DPA and Emergency Response
We provide the yacht with a suitably qualified DPA and Emergency Response Team to deal with any vessel emergency for the duration of the incident.

Watermark Online – Management Software
We provide the yacht and crew with full access to the customised management software – Watermark Online and provide familiarisation and training in its use.

24/7 Company Security Officer (CSO) and Security Breach Response
We provide the yacht with a suitably qualified CSO to deal with any security breach.

Performance of a Yacht-Specific Ship Security Assessment (SSA)
We evaluate specific threats to the yacht and Client and formulate an adequate Ship Security Assessment.

Ship Security Plan (SSP)
We create, implement and maintain a Flag Approved Ship Security Plan on board the yacht.

ISPS Audits
We perform periodical Security Audits on board using qualified and experienced auditors.

Crew Security Training
We organise and provide the yacht crew with specific security training as required.

High Risk Area (HRA) Transits
We perform yacht-specific itinerary assessments and organise armed security on board for the Transits of High-Risk Areas.
