Work with the Captain and Heads of Departments to define the core skills, values and beliefs needed for each position – the ‘profile’.  The Watermark team have the skills and qualifications needed to conduct psychometric testing of individual crew members using the Hogan Assessment System. This is one of the most advanced and developed personality assessment systems currently in use. The results of psychometric testing are used to assess whether the individual will fit in successfully with the current team on board, and whether they have the right profile for the position on offer.
