Watermark have unrivalled experience in the Superyacht New Build and Refit sector, having completed many of the most challenging and technically advanced projects in the yachting industry. Our team covers all aspects – from drafting the initial specification to final handover, and delivery. We work closely with our Clients, designers, shipyards, sub-contractors, and crew to ensure that the yacht is constructed according to specification, is in line with our Client’s expectations, and is delivered on time and within budget.
In addition, we assist with recruiting and integrating a qualified and experienced crew, equipping them with the technical knowledge and construction information they will need to successfully operate the new yacht.
Financial management intro
Watermark tailor financial management to suit each Client’s expectations. The dedicated Watermark management team work closely with the Captain and the Client’s team to develop annual budgets for the safe operations of the yacht. We provide an experienced accountant for each yacht, an online reporting platform and yacht specific bank accounts, including debit cards. Safe invoicing procedures and payments are put in place to ensure smooth and 100% transparent operations.
Crew management intro
Qualified and experienced crew are essential to the safety and success of every yacht’s operation. The purpose of Watermark’s Crew Management and HR Service is to attract, develop, manage and maintain talented crew on board our yachts. The ongoing development of key skills and competencies is a key focus. Our crews are important to us, and we work closely with them to ensure they are supported and challenged over the course of their yachting careers.

At Watermark we provide our Clients with an experienced management team who focus on looking after the yacht’s safe operations, the crew, and the Client’s interests. Each yacht has a dedicated operational management team and the full support of experienced professionals that will supervise, advise, and report key information when and where it matters.
Safety
The Watermark Yacht Management team has the ability and experience to manage yachts over 500 GT in accordance with the International Safety Management Code (ISM Code). Our experienced personnel will support Clients and Captains in a professional, regulatory compliant and pragmatic manner, ensuring the safe and smooth operation of the yacht for the enjoyment of the Owners and guests.
